REVEALED: Jihadi Group PFI Funded Anti-CAA Protestors; Deposited ₹120 Cr In 73 Accounts

The ED has reportedly apprised the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) of the money trail.

Kapil Sibbal has denied getting money for CAA Protests; Said he got money as his fees in Hadiya (‘Love Jihad‘) case

NEW DELHI: In a damning revelation, several high profile names have figured in the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) investigations into the anti-CAA demonstrations across the country.

Radical Islamist group Popular Front of India (PFI) has made huge deposits amounting to ₹120 crore to 73 entities in order to foment the agitation against CAA.

Congress leader and senior Supreme Court advocate Kapil Sibal received money from radical Islamist outfit Popular Front of India (PFI) in Hadiya case. Noted Supreme Court lawyer Indira Jaising and Dushyant A Dave, too, are said to have received fund from PFI in the Hadiya case.

As per DNA, Sibal received ₹77 lakh while Jaising received Rs ₹lakh. ₹11 lakh was transferred into the bank account of Dushyant A Dave.

A Times Now report says that the ED has concluded that there is a direct link between anti-CAA protests in Uttar Pradesh and Popular Front of India (PFI). The link between the violent clashes and the PFI has been corroborated on the basis of money transfers to areas which witnessed violence on an unparalleled scale. As per the report:

The ED concluded that after Parliament approved the CAA in December, money was transferred into bank accounts in the areas, which fall under western Uttar Pradesh, like Bijnor, Hapur, Bahraich, Shamli, Dasna.

The amended citizenship bill appeared in the Parliament on December 4. Since then, crores of cash started flowing into the accounts linked with PFI. Nobody knows where the money is coming from. It seems like those who deposited the money was instructed to deposit less than 50 thousand rupees at a time.

The transaction dates in the 15 bank accounts of the PFI also match the dates of violence. This draws a clear connection between violent protests and PFI.

The purported report from the ED accessed by Times Now states that the analysis of Bank accounts of PFI reveals that 73 bank accounts maintained by its related entity namely Rehab India Foundation and certain individuals in 17 banks have been detected.

The scrutiny of the transaction as recorded in these bank accounts revealed that Rs.120.5 crores were credited in these bank accounts which were withdrawn on the same day or within 2 or 3 days leaving a very nominal balance in the accounts, say the documents.

The mode of deposits was mainly cash deposit, RTGS/NEFT and IMPS. The ED investigation also revealed that the bank accounts of PFI in Syndicate Bank at Nehru Place in New Delhi had made huge and multiple cash deposits in the UP districts of Bharaich, Bijnor, Hapur, Shamil, Dasna and others. ₹41.5 crore deposits were made in accounts of these districts.

Deposits To High Profile Names:

The documents also reveal that the ED investigation unearthed that several high profile names were paid by the PFI and its related entities. Scrutiny of one of the bank accounts of PFI in Syndicate Bank’s Mayoor Road branch in Kozhikode, Kerala bearing the account number 44051010004277 has revealed that payments have been made by PFI to the following important persons/entities:

Further, the documents reveal the investigation has revealed that a sum of ₹20 lakhs was received from M/s PMA International LLC, Dubai in the bank account of M/s Rehab India Foundation (RIF), a related entity of PFI.

Investigation with regard to the nature of business activities and source of funds of PMA International Dubai is continuing.

As per intelligence Input, the PFI is actively supported by Thanal Foundation which is a religious and charitable trust run by a PFI leader.

The source of finance of Thanal Foundation Is under investigation, says the report.

It has also come to light that the Kashmir win of the PFI too received ₹1.65 crores. The ED has reportedly apprised the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) of the money trail.

Ahmedabad Church Pastor Booked Under POSCO For Sexual Abuse Of Minor

He made the minor girl’s nude videos and threatened her to convert her religion to Christianity.

AHMEDABAD (Gujarat): In a sordid tale of criminal-religious nature, a pastor of Khlesia Church in the Rabari Colony area of Ahmedabad metropolitan area sexually abused a minor girl, made her nude videos, and threatened her to convert her religion to Christianity. Gulabchand, the accused priest sent video clips to victim girl’s relatives after which this crime came to light.

The 16-year old girl, a student of class 11th in a local school, has filed a complaint in city’s Ramol police station against a pastor of Ecclesia Church which is located in Rabari Colony area.

According to the police, a first information report (FIR) was filed on the night of August 31, under Indian Penal Code sections 354D for stalking, 354C for the dissemination of victim’s pictures to a third person without her consent and 506 for criminal intimidation along with sections of the Protection of Children against Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

“The matter came to light when the parents of the minor approached the police station and registered a complaint. The pastor will be interrogated about all of these allegations. We can’t reveal too much about this case since it is a religious matter,” local police officials told upon repeated queries.

According to the complaint, the accused pastor, who was in possession of naked pictures of the victim girl had forced her to embrace Christian faith.

The girl stated in her complaint:

On December 25 last year, I visited a church… where the pastor asked me to call my parents to church next time. Later, the pastor kept on calling my parents and one day, they organised a religious ceremony at our house.

Later, on the pretext of speaking to my father, the pastor used to call on his number and talk to me.

He used to say that he loves me and demanded my private pictures. He also started doing video calls to my phone and made obscene demands. He threatened me that if I revealed it to my father then he will circulate my private pictures. Almost a fortnight ago, one of my relatives contacted my father and said that he received an obscene picture of mine. Later my father received another obscene picture of mine on his phone and asked me about it. It was then that I told him about the pastor.”

The Case:

The victim minor girl had visited the said church on December 25, 2019, with a lady in the neighbourhood. The church pastor Gulabchand acted friendly with her and asked her to bring her parents too to the church.

The girl, however, did not mention this to her parents. A few days later, Gulabchand’s relative called the victim girl’s father over the phone and invited him to the said church. The next month, the victim girl visited the said church with her parents.

The accused pastor took the opportunity to get close to the family and later visited the minor girl’s place with his relatives and aides to do Christian bhajans.

After this, pastor Gulabchand would often call up the minor girl. He even sent a photograph sending kiss and saying, “I love you“.

Quite disturbingly, Gulabchand would also stalk the minor girl and ask her to undress over video calls.

The Church Pastor would issue death and defamation threats to the minor girl if she revealed anything to her father — and coerce her to adopt Christianity.

It could well be the Christian version of ‘Love Jihad‘ wherein the entire sequence of events could well be a well-calibrated plan of manipulating the minor by both brainwashing her and threatening her via sexual abuse.

The compilation of these data, its mining and profiling by elements hostile to national security and defence of India, which ultimately impinges upon the sovereignty and integrity of India, is a matter of very deep and immediate concern which requires emergency measures,” it said.

The Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre under the Ministry of Home Affairs has also sent an exhaustive recommendation for blocking these malicious apps, said the statement.

Likewise, there have been similar bipartisan concerns, flagged by various public representatives, both outside and inside the Parliament of India. There has been a strong chorus in the public space to take strict action against Apps that harm India’s sovereignty as well as the privacy of our citizens,” it added.

On the basis of these and upon receiving of recent credible inputs that information posted, permissions sought, functionality embedded as well as data harvesting practices of above-stated Apps raise serious concerns that these apps collect and share data in a surreptitious manner and compromise personal data and information of users that can have a severe threat to the security of the state,” it said.
